Our USC Student’s will be leading our Top Management Night.  Our goal is to understand how our professionals got into the Supply Chain field and what career moves lead them to the position they currently hold.  We have Supply Chain Professionals from companies including Select Comfort, Jarden Materials, and Prysmian.   The chapter will provide food and drink for the event.  As this is a school night, parking is available in the parking garage behind the Koger Center.

This is also a great opportunity to meet our USC GSCOM students.

A tsunami of global forces is changing our workplaces. Employee engagement is stuck. The contemporary workforce wants to be led differently. With a tight labor market and employee turnover costs ranging from 150% – 200% of annual salaries, companies cannot afford to delay leadership transformation. To create and sustain empowered, mission-driven teams, managers today must invest their time and intelligence on the right acts and activities. In this webinar, Elba Pareja-Gallagher will explain how combining Blue Ocean Strategy techniques and inclusive human capital strategies, can help managers execute a new model of leadership and career development that delivers happy employees and high performance.
